01 Receive Demand Letter

Employers submit a formal demand letter detailing job requirements, including the number of workers, salary, and working conditions, which is verified by the Nepal Embassy and Chamber of Commerce.

02 Obtain Pre-Approval from DoFE

The Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE) reviews and grants pre-approval to initiate the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with legal standards.

03 Advertise Vacancies

Vacancies are promoted through social media platforms, our official website, and authorized media channels to attract qualified candidates.

04 Receive and Screen Applications

Applications are collected and evaluated, with candidates shortlisted based on their skills and alignment with employer specifications.

05 Final Interview

Employers conduct in-person or virtual interviews to assess the suitability of shortlisted candidates for the roles.

06 Medical Test and Document Submission

Candidates undergo biometric medical examinations at certified clinics, and their documents are submitted to the employer for verification.

07 Calling Visa

The employer provides the original or hardcopy of the calling visa, marking the start of visa processing for selected candidates.

08 Visa Processing

Candidates receive invitation visas, and the e-visa application process is initiated in coordination with the employer.

09 Worker Preparation

Candidates acquire Electronic Visas, open bank accounts, secure insurance, register for Social Security Fund (SSF) and Welfare Fund, and confirm departure dates.

10 Orientation & Documentation

A comprehensive 2-day orientation program covers job roles, cultural norms, and labor laws, followed by the distribution of departure documents and reimbursement of candidate expenses.

11 Departure & Placement

Candidates are transported to the airport, their departure is managed, and proper placement is ensured upon arrival at the destination.

12 Monitoring & Follow-Up

Ongoing monitoring and follow-up are conducted to support employees and address any post-placement concerns.
