The requirements for legal documentation vary from country to country. However, there are five core legal documents required for recruitment. These documents should be in Employer Company Letterhead, properly signed and stamped by company authority.
A formal letter addressed to Access Partners Pvt. Ltd. specifying:
- Number of workers required
- Job categories & nature of work
- Salary, duty hours, overtime policy
- Food, accommodation, transportation arrangements
- Insurance, residence permits, & other benefits
Attestation: Must be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Authorizes Access Partners Pvt. Ltd. to:
- Select & recruit workers on behalf of the employer
- Complete visa formalities with the relevant Embassy
Note: Mandatory for Saudi Arabia when an original visa is issued.
Issued to the Consulate General confirming:
- Appointment of Access Partners Pvt. Ltd. as agent
- Authorization for visa processing
Note: Commonly required for Saudi Arabia recruitment.
Official agreement between employer & employee stating:
- Salary, job role, working hours
- Benefits as per demand letter
Requirement: Signed & stamped by both parties.
Assurance that workers won’t be transferred to another country without approval from the Government of Nepal.
Service agreement outlining:
- Terms of manpower mobilization
- Number of workers to be recruited
Special Attestation Requirements:
- Saudi Arabia – Additional attestation from MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) is mandatory.
- Malaysia – Requires Notary Public Attestation and Nepal Embassy Attestation.
